Maurizio Loche is an Italian lawyer who graduated from Cagliari University in 1984. He is expert in International and European Law and taught European Law at the Cagliari branch of the 'Associazione Nazionale Forense'. He also taught Civil Law and Civil Procedure for the preparatory course for the Advocates Examination organised by the 'Associazione Nazionale Forense' and has lectured on Civil Procedure at Cagliari University. He has a post graduate qualification in Management and is the author of numerous articles published in the 'Sardinian Legal Review' and 'Sardegna Agricoltura'.
Maurizio Loche is a member of the International Bar Association and the Italia-Inghilterra Association and sits on the regional board for the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy.
He speaks English and French and was awarded the Certificate in English for Business by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
